8 cups fresh strawberries
8 lumpy sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups cooked and mashed banana
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan."Rinse, pick, and fine chop the strawberries, pennywhipped lovely ones."In a saucepan, continue to stir cake mix until creamy. Remove from the heat.
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes with banana and whipped cream; stir. Stir in orange marmalade and vanilla; pour half of the custard mixture into baking dish. Spoon half the remaining custard mixture over standing full-sized pudding while it is still in the oven. Sprinkle remaining pudding over all.
When pudding is done, top with orange marmalade mixture, and keep in oven while it is still hot.
