2 cups whole peeled Brie cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
In a large bowl, mix the Brie cheese, green onions, red peppers, chili powder, egg, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 1 sheet or foil crust, and tie tightly with kitchen twine. Chill pie overnight before serving frozen or put onto cookie sheet to be refrostable.
