1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons coffee
1 (3 ounce) can sliced marshmallows
1/4 cup butter flavored shortening
1 cup heavy whipping cream
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Beat in coffee and marshmallows. Fold in butter. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
Beat whipping cream until stiff. Spoon mixture into cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate undisturbed. Refrigerate in refrigerator.
This recipe was very good but needed a bit more kick. I served it topped with fresh asparagus and rainbow brussel sprouts. Not bad but very good.
