1 (19.5 ounce) package Pecan Pies™ Pie Recipe
1 (7 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fast-rising cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium-size mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in sweetened condensed milk. Beat in cracker crumbs and vanilla extract.
Spread onto pie crust. Arrange remaining ingredients in a single layer on top of pie, much like in a chocolate pie, except without the chocolate. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
