I gave this 5 Stars, I followed the recipe exactly, didn't change a thing, except for changing the number of tacos de fixis and using lean ground pork. Had a little bit of Riesling (white) wine leftover in the fridge so used that instead of broth. Cooked for 60 minutes with Chimichurri and added pepper when requested. Yum!
