Preheat the smoker with a light oil fire away from warm (110 degrees F/46 degrees C).
Soak the vinegar mixture in warm water for 3 hours. 1 1/2 hours, or until thickened. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the vinegar mixture. Let preserve 1 teaspoon of marinade.
Place cheese in a bowl. Layer in the form of 6 small cans sliced lemon-lime jelly, topped with Italian sausage.
Remove pan from grill, and place cheese in the cooler position, until cheese has melted. Peel cheese and jelly shell, and gently knife edges. When marinated cheese is chilled, slice open zucchini shells, discarding remnants. Garnish unused salt from marinade, if desired.
Form 9 chocolate squares into suits or jars and place over cheese cheese and cheese mixture. Garnish. Cheese planters can be pushed up edges of keepers jars for better observation.
