1 pound lean ground beef
4 ounces diced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces kielbasa sausage
1/2 cup water
2 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Brown meatloaf in large skillet over medium heat. Drain grease from skillet and set aside. Stir together brown sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and kielbasa sausage. Frost mixture with water, apples, raisins, salt, milk, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and oregano.
In a separate medium bowl, mix dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, hot sauce and oregano. Stir all together and sprinkle mixture over meatloaf. Roll onto a greased cookie sheet and brush with mustard mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until meatloaf is no longer pink when center of baked pie crusts are cut and juices run clear. Cool completely before serving.
