4 cups shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg yolk
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound turkey breast halves, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried lavender
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a clean medium saucepan, melt cheese. Stir in butter and onion, then stir in egg yolk. Mix in flour, salt, turkey, oregano, basil, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 24 hours, or until cooked through. Serve hot.
