1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup water
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup buttermilk
In a medium bowl, combine sugar and eggs. Beat until smooth and creamy. Stir in 2 cups milk, cornstarch and water. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in buttermilk. Divide dough into three pieces and form into tubes about 1/3 inch thick.
Press one tube into a 1 inch pie pan and remove from pan. Repeat with remaining tubes and skillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
