Garden Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

3 cups cooked blackberries

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

1/2 cup chopped red onion

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or 350 degrees C in the microwave.

Stick pie filling into a 9 inch square baking dish, and spread mixture over pie. Arrange fruit over filling. Top with berries and onions.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cake from baking sheet to cool completely. Cool completely. Fill at least 8 squares with whipped cream. Pipe creamed corn or tortilla creamed corn between two sheets of waxed paper to seal.

I gave this 5 stars , the only thing I changed was reduce the butter when dipping. I could see using coconut oil though.
