1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in the brown sugar and vanilla. Combine chocolate chips and milk gradually, mixing just until incorporated. Stir in lemon extract and brown sugar. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
