4 cups milk
4 (8 ounce) cans diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried jasmine
In a large saucepan, combine milk, celery, onion, paprika, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, thyme, sage, basil, parsley, oregano, and jasmine. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a shallow rolling boil. Cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
