Coconut Chocolate Cake (Baking) Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white chocolate cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

3 (2 ounce) packages instant coconut cream, whipped topping mix

1 (8 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pudding mix and whipped topping. Beat at medium speed until batter starts to get light and stiff. Drop by rounded spoonfuls into prepared pans.

Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
