7 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Center Frosting
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Sift the raisins and chocolate into a medium bowl. Knead on lightly and shape into 1 inch balls. Place the gelatin in a small bowl. Beat the butter, brown sugar and egg together in a small bowl until well blended. Blend in the milk chocolate. Stir in the chocolate center (without stirring) and spread into a thin 8 inch square pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies are set and slightly toasted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate center frosting. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
