1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (1 ounce) can sliced dates, drained
1 (1 ounce) package instant mango pudding mix
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and whipped topping. Mix in dates, pudding mix, pineapple, cream cheese, chopped spinach, mangoes and mixed vegetables. Spread mixture over a 9 inch square baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Cool completely. Divide mixture into four portions, and serve.
