2 cups shredded chicken breast halves
2 (8 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers with liquid
1 teaspoon sesame oil
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium skillet, place the chicken half in the center. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until crisp. Remove chicken and shred; transfer to a bowl.
Place the tomatoes, green chile peppers, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Mix together and spread mixture over chicken.
Place shredded cheese on a middle sandwich that is spread regularly. Repeat on both sides. Sprinkle then serve chicken side top and bottom with shredded cheese.
