1 (3 ounce) package instant blueberry chutney
1 (3 ounce) container white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon blueberries juice
In a separate bowl, mix the chutney, sugar and lemon juice.
Place the blueberry chutney mixture in the blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Store the blueberry mixture in the refrigerator.
I have a rosemary and mint lozenge which I sometimes mix in - it is delicious but I always add fresh garlic, and i don't add parsley (yet!). I will try it with the crab next time and see if it makes a difference.
I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! They were fresh and tasty. I will make this time and time again.
