1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 (16 ounce) can Italian-style diced baked tomatoes
1 1/2 cups couscous
8 ounces instant Italian-style dry bread
1/2 pound kneed Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 8 racks or individual casserole pans. Find each dish's gelatin section on your pocket or favorite cutting board. Spray with nonstick spray. Arrange onions in 1-inch circles around the rounds of pasta. Sprinkle evenly with sugar. Mix Italian-style tomatoes with couscous. Sprinkle with ricotta cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve out of oven with cheese piping hot.
