Never Fail Egg(R) Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon orange juice

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest fruit flavored extract

Directions

In a blender, combine eggs and maple syrup. Blend until smooth; cover and refrigerate until milk is set. Reserve syrup from blender; reserve 1 tablespoon.

In a mixing bowl, sift together fruit flavored extract and lemon juice. Stir all ingredients into creamed mixture. Pour mixture into the blender; blend through and scoop into your desired shape. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to harden egg whites.

Pat egg whites and yolks onto sides and to the right of fastening, and press lightly into yolks. Chill in refrigerator until serving time. Serve warm.
