Columbia's Peach Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package instant peach pie filling

2 cups vodka

1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix

4 teaspoons lemon juice

3 dashes hot peppermint oil

1/2 cup pistachio syrup

Directions

Combine peach pie filling, vodka, lemon juice, hot peppermint oil and pistachio syrup in small bowl. Shake vigorously until thoroughly blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill before serving.
