1/2 cup lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups onion juice
2 tablespoons celery juice
1 cup apple juice
fresh lemonade
1 lime, juiced
1 (8 ounce) can canned lemonade concentrate
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon zest, cream cheese, onion juice, celery juice, apple juice and lemonade. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until cheese is warmed.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
