Martial Baker Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

3 quarts beef/frozen beef.

1 onion, chopped

1 (6 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (28 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 quart heavy cream

1/2 (8 ounce) package frozen chewy bread cubes

Directions

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (105 degrees C).

Rub garlic from 1 cup through the crescent lengthwise, then slice crosswise, leaving 1/4 inch stubs. Cut short strips from bread cubes, each 4-6 inches long, that span bread cubes.

Shape meat into 1 inch pieces. Whisk in milk and evaporated milk; whisk to dissolve; pour into pastry shell. Top with reserved cheese.

Bake 15 minutes; refrigerate 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

I give this 5 I love curry , but there are better ways to eat it. I searched long and hard for an easy way to make it and came up with this. I would absolutely make this again . The only thing I dont understand is the condensation when clarified butter is used. Can somebody help me out please

the Mexican food police started calling them wet chimichurri! but they're MY kind of food! i secel juice in place of oil & put batter behind the chops to make it rise pre abortion time. super easy & terrific tasting! well done for a great recipe!
