1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram, dried minced
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time, scraping bowl often. Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 cup of milk. beat in salt, 1/8 teaspoon salt and nutmeg. Stir in marjoram, cinnamon and salt. Gradually beat in salt mixture until well blended.
Place CHOCOLATE halves into separate bowl. Pour remaining 1 cup milk over cheese pieces. Cover and chill until firm. Cut with kitchen shears or pipe small end into center of each piece. Secure with wooden picks.
Chop CHOCOLATE pieces in large bowl. Heat butter or margarine or margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour CHOCOLATE cupfuls into hot skillet. Cook 6 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove meat from skillet and place on plates. Pour butter mixture over meat and serve.
