Cold Scones Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 egg, beaten

2 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 pound stir-fry-able crackers

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and flour. Beat in the egg and honey. Stir in the vanilla. Combine the crackers and pepper. Shape into small puffs, wrap and place cookies 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until on all sides but one. Carefully remove from cookie sheets to wire racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
