Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package active dry yeast

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup white half-and-half

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 egg yolks, beaten

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 egg whites

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 milk chocolate candy kisses

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup Hershey's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Chips

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 deg F). Lightly grease a 10 inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, yeast, and 1 cup sugar, whisk until smooth.

Pour into the pan 1 cup of the warm milk, 3 egg yolks, and 1/4 cup white sugar, Whipped until just combined. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, until set.

I made this for Easter, and it was very good... but only for about four hours. I ended up making french toast with some of the leftovers (it was a little over-cooking, and I knew it would be a little thinner, so maybe just a tad thin, but it was perfect). (And because I had a can of pumpkin spice, I used 24 ounces -- not enough for me, so I'll be making this again.) We enjoyed it, and I will make this time and time again.
