Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, yeast, and 1 cup sugar, whisk until smooth.
Pour into the pan 1 cup of the warm milk, 3 egg yolks, and 1/4 cup white sugar, Whipped until just combined. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, until set.
