5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups water
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon dry horsemeat seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle carrot and onion over chicken and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, paprika, mustard, and dry horsemeat seasoning.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
