1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/3 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups butter
1 pinch salt
6 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners' sugar for dusting
Beat butter and cocoa together in a large bowl. Beat in sugar and eggs. Blend in butter, salt, and vanilla extract.
Pour meringues into lined muffin cup liners or lined with greased or wet plastic wrap. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
