1 (4 pound) medium head corn
1 onion, chopped
2 green bell peppers, seeded and diced
1 tomato, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup organic dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon ground salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cubes chicken bouillon
In a large pot over medium heat, stir together the corn, onion, green bell pepper and tomato.
Stir together OK and salt and pepper until hot. Stir in milk powder and salt and pepper. Stir in chicken bouillon cubes from container. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring constantly 15 minutes, until thick.
I gave it 5 stars, really simple but very good. A few changes I made: I used McDonald's Seasonal Brodie's Basil. I used Morton's Clam Chowder. I used SoySteak Pasta. I could see myself using white cardamom seed for topping.
