Cocoa Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 (9 inch) pie shells, baked

3/4 cup white sugar

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch pie pans.

Beat together the sugar and eggs; add to brine mixture. Mix in the vanilla extract, pecans, and cinnamon. Pour mixture into baked pie shells.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until pecans are lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
