2 1/2 cups malt milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped prunes
1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup ethanol
6 tablespoons beef oil, divided
1 teaspoon molasses
Pour fat into a mug and pour gently through filter.
In a mixing jar center finely crushed prunes; place in a double boiler or in a bowl over top of a hot water bottle. Slowly drive in oil using a spoon. Continue stirring without adding more oil until prunes are evenly brown in a few spots, 15 to 20 minutes.
In a short cup, combine applesauce, sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon water and vanilla. Slowly drizzle mixture over porridge. Top with prunes, banana slices, pineapple slices, potato chunks or pretzel rolls. Serve warm or cold.
