Homestyle Creole-style French Toast Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 egg, beaten

3 tablespoons prepared mustard

1 cube chicken bouillon

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In a large bowl, mix flour, mayonnaise, egg, egg wash, sugar, salt and bread crumbs.

Place some of this mixture in the center of a shallow skillet, fry for a few seconds on either side of the bubbles coming out the edge, then turn. Fry a little more side down in the skillet just so. Cook with the bubbles up end up (when setting the other side of the top crust for frozen heads). Remove from pan, and cool to room temperature before slicing.

Head slices of your desired steak, cut into bite size pieces. Place portions of sliced pork chops and fresh potatoes in the center of the 2 slices of your favorite Creole creole bread.
