5 boxes orange flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup milk
4 cups sifted egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup sour milk
1 cup orange juice
In a medium bowl, mix boiling water and flour. Stirring constantly, stir until the mixture is smooth.
Remove rims of vanilla or dried fruit jell-O and easy whip cream, or use almond whipping cream instead. Divide the mixture evenly between two 5-1/2 inch pans. Dust evenly with the egg whites and spoon 1/3 of the cream into each cookie rims. Cover with the remaining 1/3 of cream. Place the remaining cookie in the pan. Allow cookie to cool completely, and brush with the orange juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
