1 (64 ounce) can frozen chopped spinach
1 medium head iceberg lettuce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Place carrots, onion, tomato, bell pepper, pepper and carrot in large mixing bowl. Add water, spinach and cheese. Mix well, cover and refrigerate several hours.
Preheat oven on broiler setting. Broil halfway through the first 5 minutes of cooking, until zesty with a nice, golden yellow color.
