1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
8 sprigs fresh mint
In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, oil, water, salt, sugar, vinegar, and garlic. Mix until just blended. Pour mixture into a flan assembly or small container.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve hot or cold.
