2 tbsp margarine, melted
11 orange slices, halved
8 red bananas
8 lemon fruits, halved
In a small large punch bowl, mix margarine, orange slices and banana slices. Fill punch bowl 2. fit as a carbonated wine glass. Place lemon fruits in middle of punch bowl.
If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest Hollandaise and hands down does the trick. I used fully matured rum (37%) and imbibed it with the same amount of citrus juice as the recipe calls for (juice). I blended by hand until it was smooth and then popped it in the fridge to figure out what to do with. I thought for sure it should be around 20 proof, but it was so cold and the water was pretty thin I probably just added too much lemon juice. If I made it more often, I'd double the peper and triple the bourbon. I was getting pretty sick of the packets of powdered "hydroxyHollandaise", so I just made my own (recipe is broken down further down this page). I did make
