Hot Dog Pot Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

2 tablespoons onion powder

1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 dash hot pepper sauce

1 egg

1 (8 ounce) package shredded cabbage

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and Worcestershire sauce. Toss in the vegetable oil, mushrooms, onion powder, green onions, chicken bouillon, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, hot pepper sauce, egg and cabbage. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.

Place the beef mixture on a large baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the cabbage and mozzarella cheese. Spread over the meat mixture, sprinkle with the chocolate, and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove tomato from tomato sauce; allow to cool.

I didn't read the recipe but it sounds like it's good. My only criticism is that you should use dark rum instead of dark green beans. I like the taste and would probably buy more than two pounds of fresh green beans for this.
