Disappeared Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup white sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

1 egg white

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

3 cups biscuit baking mix

1 1/2 cups coffee flavored liqueur mix

Directions

In medium bowl cream together butter, sugar, milk and egg white until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and biscuit baking mix. Mix well, then stir in the coffee liqueur syrup. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll ball in cocoa mixture. Serve with chocolate sauce, if desired.

I have made this several times and always get rave reviews. Whether it be from my server or someone I trust, I will always say "A sandwich for everyone" and do everything in their power to make them as good as I can. This includes substituting flour, cooking times, etc. The quality of the bread and the amount of salt make a big difference in how well it breads, but it's really all about the artful way you cook it.
