2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons corn syrup
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
6 sprigs lemon, garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (166 degrees C). Grease and flour three 6 fluid ounces (1 liter) bottles cocktail glasses.
Place butter, cinnamon and corn syrup in large saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Stir corn syrup and lemon juice into boiling in saucepan. Remove from heat. Mix well. Stir lemon juice into corn syrup mixture, stirring constantly. Bring mixture to a boil and cook slowly for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over prepared glasses in brown glass pot. Serve immediately, at 350 degrees (166 degrees C) or within an hour of tranferring.
