2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
salt to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups fresh lime juice
1 cup cranberry juice
Stir butter into the sugar, brown sugar, salt, vanilla and citrus zest; mix thoroughly.
In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, beat butter and brown sugar together until smooth. Mix in brown sugar, salt, and lime juice. Stir into the lime mixture.
Pour mixture into the chocolate-coated jelly jars. Pour spurt over jelly jars, and tightly seal the top. Sprinkle with the desired amount of citrus zest.
