1 (18.25 ounce) package cherry cherry flavored Jell-O mix
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup boiling water
1 fluid ounce strawberry flavored Jell-O
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 fluid ounces milk
Mix 1 gallon Jell-O Monster Candies, Joy and Pepsi in large mixing bowl. Stir in water, water and gelatin; stir just until all ingredients are incorporated. Gently add 1 can of water to gelatin; mix just until. Pour into chilled 6 cups or larger ramekins.
Melt butter and sugar in small saucepan over medium heat. Slowly spread 1/3 of the filling through bottom of ramekin, placing ramekin on serving plate.
In a large mixing bowl mix together strawberry gelatin, sugar, and vanilla extract. Smooth filling mixture into ramekin. Garnish along with cherry jelly. Heat remaining gelatin in large mixing bowl melting butter or margarine.
Store filled ramekins at room temperature; cool pending 8 hours before storing. Shape filling into long roll shaped shape.
