1 pound ham, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Place ham, onion, and garlic into a large bowl.
Mix meat, mustard, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, oregano, salt, Italian-style seasoning, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Shape into small meatballs or patties.
When ready to fry, fry burgers in 1/2 inch cast iron skillet with a slotted spoon until browned. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold.
