3 pounds pork chops
8 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained and liquid reserved
7 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon shrimp paste
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons cooking spray
In a medium bowl, mix the cornstarch, vegetable oil, onion powder, mushrooms, soy sauce, shrimp paste, sugar, lemon juice, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, white vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
