1 (2 pound) loaf French toast, sliced
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 (2 ounce) packages dry Ranch-style dressing mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove bread from pan. Spread 2 tablespoons melted butter over bread in the pan.
Heat 2 tablespoons melted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Saute mushrooms in butter until golden, then add onions and mushrooms; saute until browned. Stir in butter mixture. Stir in cheese and cook over medium heat until melted. Mix in eggs and salt, then pour into bread pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold. Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese and serve with sliced loaf of bread.
