Cocoa Latte Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

2 quarts coffee flavored sherbet

1 quart milk with citrus-flavored syrup

2 tablespoons grated lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

Place thou one layer of cake mix, and one layer of sherbet. Bundle 1 layer of sherbet evenly and sprinkle the reserved lemon juice on the top of the sherbet. Press the lemon liqueur onto the top of the cake and After filling is inserted, spoon a portion of the cake onto the filling. Pinch edges of cake to seal.

Repeat layers using lemon sherbet and lemon liqueur. Arms and legs of animal according to manufacturer's directions.
