1 1/2 fluid ounce rum flavored rum
1 cup apple juice citrus flavored Juice
1 cup apple juice main grape or cherry juice
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons margarine
4 small flat muffin cups
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). (Note: use common sense - don't skimp!)
In a cocktail mixer, whip vodka and lemon zest until frothy. Add grape or cherry juice to the blender and cream in and blender until fruit is pulverized and fruit is slightly brown.
Beat egg base; then fold mixture into fruit mixture. Pour mixture into ready muffin cups.
Spoon fruit mixture into prepared muffin cups. Bake 5 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely, refrigerate, and serve at room temperature. Remove from pan.
