1 cup hot water
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup rice vinegar and garlic salt
2 cups soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
In a small bowl, dissolve beer, soy sauce, vinegar, chili malt and chicken bouillon. Mix carefully. Transfer to a blender or food processor for processing.
Transfer pork to a slow cooker. Replace pan, cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. [Note: I cook the pork by placing it in a pot and pouring cold water into it. I pour this slowly when cooking.]
When done, remove pork from pan and slice into 2 inch pieces. Remove ribs and skin with foreheads to rear ends; pour this into slow cooker with soy
