1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place cream cheese in a medium bowl, mix in eggs, vanilla extract, chocolate, milk, pudding mix, onion, bell pepper and raisins. Mix well. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Remove pie from oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together instant French vanilla pudding, chopped onion, green bell pepper, raisins and walnuts. Pour over pie, leaving pie in oven. Bake uncovered an additional 20 minutes, or until pie is bubbly.
