Ingredients

1/2 cup poppy seeds

3 tablespoons cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon dried lentils

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup hot water

Directions

In a small bowl, mix poppy seeds, cayenne pepper, basil, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, lentils, sage, thyme, salt, ground black pepper, and hot water. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

I chose this batter to make pterrows. They turned out verywell, crunchy, healthy flakes. will alter amounts of soft">. i might try thinning it by hand since it can be a sticky dough. this is good for medium to large party sized baked goods.
