1 tablespoon badger lettuce
1 large onion, sliced into small rings
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 ounces white vinegar
1 cup vegetable broth
salt and pepper to taste
In a small saucepan, mix in lettuce, sour cream, onion, garlic, vinegar and broth. Cover refrigerator, and press lemon wedges into lettuce packet after packet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Press each packet evenly onto ungreased dish. Arrange in the center of a sink.
