14 large strawberries, sliced
1 hard-cooked eggplant, chopped
4 jellied cherry tomatoes
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
4 oranges, sliced
6 bananas, sliced
4 sweet cherries, sliced
4 small red tomatoes, sliced
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Spoon strawberries into a large bowl. Cover blender with 1 tablespoon sugar, and pour in the strawberries. Stirring often, stir in eggplant and tomato mixture. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with sliced green pepper, oranges, bananas and tomatoes.
